About the Starburst Base

The Starburst Base — radial burst — is one of the bases on our dining table configurator. These are the same powder-coated steel base we fit under our own solid French oak tables, from the same maker, sold on their own for furniture makers and anyone building a wooden table.

Powder-coated in your choice of black, white, gold or anthracite grey — the same colours as our configurator. Single centre bases for round and square tops, and the cast iron pedestal pair we fit under our larger square tables.

Are these the same base you use on Timber Row tables?

Yes. The Starburst Base is one of the bases we fit under our own square tables, from the same maker we use for our tables.

Can you make these in a bespoke size?

Yes — bespoke sizes are made on request, whether that’s a different height, coffee-table or bench legs, or frames for an extra-wide top. Email us the height you need and your top’s width and thickness, and we’ll quote you.

How long do they take?

Every set is made to order. Allow about 4 weeks from ordering to delivery. They come by DHL, and we email you when they’re on their way.

How much is delivery?

Each set goes by DHL and is charged per set at checkout, by where it’s going:

Orders to Europe and the USA are charged without UK VAT; any import duty or local tax is paid by the recipient on arrival.

How does the 3+ set price work?

Put 3 or more sets in one order, in any mix of designs and colours, and every set drops by 10%. The basket applies it automatically. Buying in bigger numbers or regularly? Talk to us about trade pricing.
